・サイト内のショップからのご希望の商品をカートに追加頂き、ご購入ください。

・決済方法の都合によりショップからご購入できない方はメールからでも受付しております。

・If you are unable to complete your purchase through the shop due to issues with available payment methods, we also accept orders via email.

◼︎お支払いと発送　Payment and Shipping

・ご注文、お支払いの確認後、発送させていただきます。小物類は翌営業日発送、掛軸などの大型作品においては完全受注制作になる為、約60日〜90日を目安に発送させていただきます。

・Orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed. Smaller items are dispatched by the following business day, while larger pieces—such as hanging scrolls—are made-to-order and typically shipped within approximately 60 to 90 days.

・代品引換　Cash on delivery

◼︎返品・返金について　Returns & Refunds

・初期不良、自然故障など、通常使用における不具合には、保障対応させていただいております。保証期間：お買い上げから90日間。

・初期不良（お買い上げ日から30日以内）、交換・返品をご希望とする場合、往復送料は当社が負担いたします。

・初期不良期間経過後（お買い上げ日から30日以降）の送料について、当店への往復送料はお客様負担となります。

・お買い上げ日から30日間以降は初期不良対象外となります。往復送料と修理代が発生いたします。

・お客様都合の返金はお断り致します。

・We provide warranty coverage for defects that occur during normal use, including initial defects and natural malfunctions. The warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase.

・For initial defects (within 30 days of the purchase date), we will cover the round-trip shipping costs if you wish to exchange or return the item. - After the initial defect period (30 days or more from the purchase date), the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.

・Items are no longer considered to have "initial defects" 30 days after the date of purchase; in such cases, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs as well as repair fees.

・We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons based on customer preference (e.g., change of mind).
